He graduates in October 1974 and joined in December the same year the COLEGIO OFICIAL DE ARQUITECTOS DE LES ILLES BALEARS (Architectural Association).

From then he settled with an office in Palma de Majorca practicing as independent Architect.

During his studies, he collaborates whith two architecture studios, first PEP LLINAS CARMONA, later on with EMILI DONATO FOLCH and UWE GEEST, in the realization of several projects, one of them was the MONTBLANCH GENERAL PLAN, which obtained the SECOND AWARD.

While his last course at the E.T.S.A.B., he participates between October 1973 and June 1974 with MANEL PERIS in the ROCA award, obtaining the FIRST AWARD of the ESCUELA TECNICA SUPERIOR DE ARQUITECTURA DE BARCELONA with the “Project of the City Hall of Gavá ”.

In 1975 he was member of the Consultant project from the Ministry of Education and Science to develop primary school projects. There were 8 units for Sta. Margaret, Salines Ses; Campanet; Alaró; LLoseta Petra, Incan and Capdepera. Further 16 units in Manacor, La Puebla and Son Servera, also a secondary school project with twelve units for LLuchmayor.

In 1975, he develops the main building of the Caja de Ahorros de Pollença "Colonya" in Pollença, this project was classified as REPRESENTING PROJECT FOR THE 70 YEARS by the Colegio de Arquitectos de Baleares in 1984.

In same year he develops and manages a project of 24 Housings of Official Protection for the Caja de Ahorros de Pollença “Colonya”.

In 1977, he participates with the Baseboard Team in the competition of the project of the PARQUE DEL MAR, obtaining the FIRST AWARD , and wich was developed 1978.

In the years 1978-79 he takes part in the presentation of Tourist Territorial Distribution at the Majorca Congress.

In July 1977, he participates in the competition of blueprints of CIUDAD DE VACACIONES "EL DORADO" (LLucmajor) winning the FIRST AWARD.

Between 1979 and 1983, he develops in collaboration the projects "Las Terrazas de Illetas", "Cala Viñas" and "Es Malgrats", totalizing seventy, hundred and thirty housings respectively.

In 1984, he projects and he directs a complex development of 100 housings in Portals Nous.

In the same year 1984, he takes part in the restricted competition Palma de Majorca "Son Xigala," consisting in blueprints of the possible edifications at the urban area.

In 1985, he wins the SECOND AWARD at the National Competition for the "Plaza de los Pinos" in Cala Ratjada.

In 1985, he develops the project of a SINGULAR building for residential use at the Paseo Marítimo in Palma de Majorca, directing the development project and ending the buEilding in year 1989.

In 1986, he takes part with ENRIC MIRALLES, CARME PINOS and PERE BONET in the "Concurso Nacional de ideas para la Ordenación de los terrenos destinados a equipamientos municipales" at the Boquer area in Puerto de Pollença, wining the FIRST AWARD.

In 1989, he participates and wins the FIRST AWARD at the restricted competition for a residential Complex (136 H) with commercial areas in Ciudadela, Menorca.

In 1989, as a result of the same restricted competition he directs the project of an Aparthotel of four stars with capacity for 540 in Menorca (Sant Lluis.)

In 1990 realization of a project of 50 singular housings and business areas (Edificio Portixol) Palma.

In 1990 the City Hall of Palma orders several project developments: Covered sports centres and overdrafts and adapt them in different Urbadn Areas. (Son Rapinya, Camp Redó, Polígono de Levante at Instituto Borja Moll and Polideportivo de Establiments)

In 1990 the Social Business Ministry (INSERSO) orders the Proyecto del Hogar for Third Age at the town of LLucmajor.

In Year 1991 the Ministry of Education and Science orders a project consisting in 8 primary school units and 2 pre-school units at Santa Catalina in Palma.

In same year, he takes part in the Competition denominated "Order and Use of the Remaining Lands of the Municipal Complex of Son Moix, called by the City Hall of Palma, winning the FIRST AWARD.
In1991, the Sanity Ministry, I.N.S.A.L.U.D. orders him the development and project management of the CENTRO DE SALUD (health care center) in the city of Inca.

In 1993 as a result of a competition, he receives the order developing and project management of a CENTRO DE OCIO - MINIGOLF in EL ARENAL (Palma de Mallorca).

In 1995 he receives the order to develop a FIVE STAR HOTEL in PUNTA PRIMA, located in Sant LLuis (Menorca.)

Since 1.997 he has been working in development, controlling and coordination of several areas of the Hospital of Manacor, as well as the blueprint for the new annexed building.

In 1997 Palma's Architecture Guide selects the work made in collaboration with PERE NICOLAU and EMILIO NADAL, an architecture studio located at the Calle Almirante Oquendo, in Palma de Mallorca.

In 1.998 he develops and directs the Santanyí health centre Reform.

In 1.999, he develops and directs a Dialysis Centre Project in Manacor.

In 2001, Hospital of Manacor (Oncology) expansion project.

In 2002 The book LA ARQUITECTURA DEL SOL selects the 1979 development “ Las Terrazas de Illetas” .

The Architecture guides (1975 - 2002) published by the Architects' of Spain Superior Advice magazine selects the Main Building of the Caja de Ahorros de Pollença "Colonya" Pollença.
